Budget minded Travelers enjoy our clean, family oriented motel in Estes Park, Colorado. Our cozy, no frills rooms all offer a 32" flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and air conditioning. Our deluxe rooms may feature a kitchenette, fireplace, balcony or all three. We also offer an outdoor pool and hot tub, BBQ’s, free WI-FI, non-smoking and all units are pet free. We provide the perfect lodging for your stay, tailored to meet your own personal needs.

Our heated swimming pool is the perfect size of 16’x32’ and is between 3 foot and 8 foot deep. Take a fun dip or get some exercise and unwind between activities. The pool is open from Memorial Day until the first week in September mostly dependant on the weather conditions.

Our Policies:

• We require a two night minimum stay for all holidays and weekends.
• All rooms are NON SMOKING.
• NO MARIJUANA ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
• Check in time: 3 PM to 10 PM, for late arrival please call.
• By check in time, you are responsible for all nights reserved.
• Check out time: 11 AM
• Deposit of one night is required for a reservation of 3 nights or more. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The balance is due upon arrival payable with credit card or cash.
• Each extra person is $10.00 a night; children age 5 and younger stay for free.
• There will be a small charge for a crib and extra bedding.
• Cancellation: A refund of your deposit is guaranteed up to 7 days prior to arrival date. A cancellation within less then 7 days will be charged for one night.
• No Shows will be charged with 1 night
• NO PETS are allowed in the rooms or on the property.
• NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS

There's nothing more relaxing than sliding into a hot tub after a busy day of adventure. Enjoy our clean, crisp mountain air in a 4 person tub that is nestled under the pine trees. The hot tub is open from May to October, also weather dependant.
